Go Paperless with eStatements. Make life a little easier by receiving all of your account documentation securely via online banking or email.
Any United Bank customer can choose to receive bank statements through our eStatement secure delivery. Signing up for eStatements is simple and may be done online, enrolling each account individually. Following enrollment, the monthly statement will be delivered electronically along with the corresponding check images for the period.
Safekeeping has never been so easy.
Statement records will be maintained for a minimum of three years for easy record keeping and retrieval when necessary. Electronic statements from months prior to your enrollment may be requested through our Customer Contact Center and added to your personal archives.
Your electronic documents will be available as PDF files, allowing you to easily view, print or save your statement on your computer. To download, view or print your eStatements, you must have a PDF reader, such as
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®, installed on your computer.
View your electronic statements faster than mail delivery.
When your eStatement is prepared and ready for viewing, an email notification will be sent to you. To view your eStatement, select your account and statement period for the statement you would like to view.

Enrollment is quick and easy. eStatements are best viewed within AccessUnited’s online banking. If you are already an online banking user, simply logon and select the eStatements tab to begin your enrollment. If you would like to become an online banking customer, go here to begin this process. Manage your eStatements Preferences
If you are already enrolled in eStatements, you can change your primary email address and enroll additional accounts easily. Simply logon, select the User Preferences tab and make your changes and additions.
