your United Bank
VISA Debit Card

Changes to Your Online Banking Login!
United Bank has introduced an additional security feature for your online banking access. This feature provides an extra layer of security to help protect your online account and personal information.

The next time you log into the online banking system, you will be prompted to select a “Watermark” image from hundreds of options. This will become your personal image which will always be displayed after you enter your online banking ID and before you enter your password. This image will ensure that you have logged into the legitimate site for United Bank and not a fake site used by fraudsters to steal your online banking credentials or personal information. If you do not see your selected image during your login, you should discontinue the login process and call United Bank immediately at 770-567-7211. Customer service is available from 7am until 11pm, seven days a week to assist you.

As part of this enhanced security, it is likely that you may also be prompted to reset your three (3) security questions. If you are a Bill Payment, ACH or Wire Transfer customer and you initiate payments over a set amount, you may be presented with your security questions as part of this additional security.

Announcing New Fraud Alerts via Text Banking
The next time your card is blocked for suspicious activity, you will have the power to review the transaction and unblock your debit card. This new option will be added to all current text banking customers. More info…

New EMV Chip Cards: What to Expect
United Bank is actively preparing its new debit and credit cards to include the required chip technology. These cards will be issued beginning in November of this year.
