Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver – this service eliminates the need for cardholders to pay for the collision damage waiver provided by commercial auto rental companies on most passenger vehicles. The program reimburses the cardholder for the repair or replacement of a damaged rental vehicle due to collision, theft, or other physical damages. Cardholder declines the auto rental coverage and must pay the rental with the covered card (up to 15 days in US, 31 days outside of US). *** This enhancement will be discontinued on January 31, 2021
Cardholder Inquiry Service – 24x7x365 service in all languages by Visa agents, available to answer questions from cardholders regarding promotions, offers and card benefits. Cardholders are transferred to their issuing bank for questions regarding account limit, balance, etc.
Emergency Cash Disbursement – this service provides emergency cash, usually within hours, to VISA cardholders who are in need of cash and are traveling domestically or internationally.
Emergency Card Replacement – this service provides emergency card replacements to VISA cardholders traveling domestically or internationally. This service extends the reach of the issuer’s customer service.
Lost/Stolen Card Reporting – 24x7x365 service in all languages by Visa agents, for when a Visa card has been lost, stolen or is subject to fraud. Visa reps collect information and block accounts, then notifies Issuer of all service requests.
Purchase Security and Extended Protection – Purchase security will replace, repair or reimburse covered cardholders up to a max of $10k in the event of theft or damage. Extended Protection doubles the time period of the original manufacturer’s written US repair warranty, up to one full year.
Roadside Dispatch – provides Visa cardholders with 24-hour access to roadside assistance via a toll-free number. Service call is $59.95 – agents will arrange to dispatch a reliable tow operator or locksmith to wherever Visa cardholder is located.

Lost Luggage Reimbursement – provides reimbursement for the cost of replacing checked or carry-on luggage and its contents, with a coverage level of $3,000; coverage applies when common carrier tickets are purchased with a covered Visa card.
Visa Concierge Services – provides general customer information and referrals on a range of topics related to travel and entertainment, both domestic and international. Examples: restaurants, travel and passport assistance, hotels, mapping/destinations, car rental and limousine services, health clubs, sports events, gifts and specialty services.
